You have spent years judging choices you have made with food, movement, or in life. If your inner critic is loud and proud, thinking like a scientist will be the mindset shift and skill that can get you out of that space in a flash. You will be able to shake things up and look at it from another angle where you can make the best choice for you, not clouded by emotion. When you live your life thinking you are black and white or skipping over your body signals because you are misreading them, this can feel impossible. That is where trusting the process and having faith in yourself comes in. This is not a meal plan or exact step by step because we are working on inner trust and empowering yourself to be the expert of your own body again. You got this!
