Now let’s focus on the present since we have released the past. This is where the majority of your work will be. The important part is not to pick up more bricks along that way. Drop the judgment and look at your routines without getting down on yourself. Seeing where you are is just as important as deciding actions to change and take moving forward. So many rich lessons lie here that will make this whole experience more enjoyable. When thoughts of I will never or I can’t or I always, take a deep breath and take it as a sign you may need a break instead of continuing to push through.
