Over time we can pick up burdens along the way. Anger, resentment, jealousy, or judgment. They can be small burdens or large burdens. While we want to call in calm, we must first lighten the chaos. This exercise may bring up many emotions so it is perfectly fine to come back a few times to take breaks you need. Release, cry, scream then feel lighter and surround by the support. Plan something fun out in nature or have fun with a loved one after you complete this. This is an important step many women miss when making important changes they want to make. If you feel you need more support then this exercise, don’t forget to seek it as this is not meant to treat anything or replace work needed with 1:1 professional care.
