Lesson Brief

Metabolism Reset plan is meant to be flexible not rigid. Everyone is coming into the program with different eating patterns. You are all disconnected from your body’s signals of hunger and fulness. Before we start to work on reconnecting, getting on a steady timed eating plan with balanced meals is important. After two weeks, working on listening to your body will be much easier to learn. Then down the road when you miss fat at a meal you will be able to recognize why you are hungry earlier.
